We help people discover the true power of art in a different way than others
Communal Empowerment Through Art (CETA) is a Friends OfAnna initiative dedicated to helping participants express their talents while interacting with local artists & the community at large. We create positive experiences for members with interactive endeavors like theatre, expressive movement, dance, poetry & various visual arts.
In addition to our public art exhibits, we have community events that that break social barriers & raise social awareness of the talented people in the commuity.
The CETA initiative provides the following services:
1. in-person art education twice a week
2. Public art exhitions, featuring works done by current and former students.
3. Professional development of volunteers in the areas of marketing, advertising, & fundraising among other public relations events.
Skills gained through this development program are transferable, allowing the organization & its members to plan future art events that will enhance the community as a whole.
